Pricing questions
Is there a limit on students, coaches or classes?
No. Every school gets every feature with no limit on students, instructors, classes, families or skill charts.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You get 30 days with everything switched on. Before the trial ends, an owner picks monthly or yearly on the Plan & billing page.
What happens if the trial ends and we haven't subscribed?
Your school becomes read-only. Everyone can still see everything and nothing is deleted, but nothing can be changed until an owner subscribes.
Does ClassPacer take a cut of what families pay?
No. Families pay into your own Stripe account, and ClassPacer takes nothing from it. Stripe charges its normal card fees on your Stripe account. Taking cards is optional: you can also record cash, checks and bank transfers.
Do families or coaches pay anything?
No. The price is per school. Coaches, parents and adult students use ClassPacer for free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Plan & billing. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for. Partial months and years aren't refunded.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars, before any taxes that apply where you are. Your families pay you in your own currency.
Do families need to download an app?
No. ClassPacer works in the browser on any phone, iPad or computer, and families can add it to their home screen like an app.
Can I bring in my students from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import students, parents, levels and classes from Excel or Google Sheets, and skill charts too.
We have more than one location. How does that work?
Each school is its own subscription with its own address, classes and families. One login can belong to several schools, so owners and coaches switch between them easily.
Who can see our school's information?
Only your school's own people. Each family sees only their own children, and card details are kept by Stripe, never by ClassPacer.
